Finally, received my US passport yesterday. New battle started with OCI (just sucks).

It is really yellow paper letter :) which is a pre-interview letter. It states about what your need to bring for interview if interview is scheduled, and you have to bring yellow-letter too for interview as well.

Got my yellow letter in the mail - asking to bring drivers license and passports. The online status has not changed.
I was worried I would be overseas when the interview letter arrives, but it seems the Salt Lake Office moves slowly - much more slowly than other states.
