2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Guys,

It came as a shock to me a week ago when I saw a mail from USCIS case update. I thought it must be just a regular case update mail with no new info. It was none but a 485 case approval mail :D I had to muffle my sounds of over joy in this formal client's office.

I have some instructions on I-485 approval notice. I have to walk into Miami Office for some Finger Printing or something.

I am not sure what labor substitution is. I guess mine was not.

Congratulation Ravi, hope we keep seeing more 485 approvals as we move ahead from here.
General question ???
Does the fact that 140 for EB2 has started getting approved mean that USICS is not considering FOM for EB2 in the near future?
There was a feeling that come Jan, EB2 will get more priority and EB3 will go in the back burner. With 485 approval for EB3, there is still hope in the future for EB3 cases.

Even I heard that they will concentrate more on EB2 cases starting 2005. But with the pace they are processing I-140 and 485 (EB3) they would be wrapping majority cases upto May-Jun 2004 before this year end.

Eb2 I140 Approved

Finally My I140 status As changed to Approved today (11/16/2004)
I have Not yet received the Email from USCIS yet may be on the way.

Its a Good news for EB2 Guys. Mine is a regular case.
