2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Same thing happened for me also. My original approval date was 4/19/2004 and received plastic card also on 4/23. I got two similar emails saying that my case has been approved on 5/3 and an approval notice has been mailed.Do we need to call Uscis and inform?

Just my Observation with EB3 date

Hi All,

I'm a silent member of the forum, I have one observation about EB3 dates.
I have 3 cases here
My - PD 08/2002 and ND for 485/140 is 07/22/2004 - Still waiting for 485 approval
Friend1 - PD 04/2002 and ND for 485/140 May/2004 - Got 485 approval 2 weeks back
Friend2 - PD 05/2002 and ND for 485/140 is Oct/2004 - Still waiting for 485 approval.

it looks like even if your PD is current your ND has also required to current for 485 approval in EB3 category...
This is just my observation :)

I don't think so. As long it says "approved" we should be fine :cool:

I got bunch of emails stated as" today
On May 3, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

EB3
FP done 4/27/2005
LUD1 4/28/2005
LUD2 5/3/2005 (FP Rcvd and Case Resumed.....See above msg)
I40 AD Nov 20004
485 ND 09/24/2004 AD ????
 
LUD pattern after I-485 approval

Here is my observation of LUD pattern after I-485 approval.

1st LUD: I-485 approval
2nd LUD: (same day) card ordered
3rd LUD: (3 business days) card mailed

You should receive your card approximately one week from the approval.

My notice date is Dec 2004 but got approved.....I have no clue how USCIS works...

Now FP is overriding factor, PD/CAT is secondary.
For example, If I am an adjudicator, I would like to see the cases in the order of OFFICER#, PD, CAT, FP.
Believe me cases are going in this direction. Don't see the XLS sheet here. Thousands/thousands of applicants are not here.... and they are getting approvals daily.
Just a matter of time & luck, you will get it.
My analysis is very simple (common sense),
1- USCIS has number of VISAS = X
2- FP notices issued must be (<=) less than or equal to "X" for each quarter
3- Each assigned officer picks-up cases in any order/random from these cases and checks for completeness.
 
I would disagree with your statement.. not because my ND is in Dec-2004... Just because lot of folks in this forum has got their approval with just PD being current and nothing else.

Card Ordered For Son Too

Today I have LUD change for My son , Message changed to
On May 4, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

140/485 ND: Aug'23
140 Approved : 1 Nov 2004
Fp Done: Mar 1
485 LUD: 03/01,03/02,03/03,03/08 (Fp received), 03/25, 03/28,
Approval: I am not expecting soon as my namecheck pending...what a shitty system (can take upto years)

The Pattern shows your name check already done . I think they are giving some in correct reponse. you will get it soon

Call the FBI number by searching in the forms.

Ask them whether they sent the name check results back.

I think the name check results are sent back with in a day or two from FBI. Depending on the results may be its getting delayed.

I am scanning cases on daily bases in a given range. On the same notice date, all others got finger print by 4/14. I mean started getting FP from 11/24/2004 and finsihed on 4/14/05. Probably I was the second one in my group of ND and bit worried because lot of people got approvals after a month from FP date. Mine is more than two months.

VSC officers maybe hurry to go on summar vacations or long drives -:)

since EB3 , expect some more LUD change . and then 6 to 8 weeks from when eb3 jun becomes current on visa
