2003 filers with 140 pending

Guys,

If you filed 140 in 2003 and it is still pending, did you also file for canadian immigration? Is there a link between the two? Did you submit FP for canadian immigration while 140 was pending?

Is there anyone whose 140 is still pending but did not file for canadian immigration?

My I-140 is pending since May 2003

I already have Canadian PR. Is this a factor in GC delay?? Can anybody share some thoughts

140/485 pending. ND 7/11/2003.

I have not filed for Canada immigration.

hi hrithikroshan11..what are you arriving at?? my 140 is pending since oct 1st 2003. i had got fingerprinited once before 140 was applied for canadian immigration but never applied.. so what is your theory??
 
My 140 is pending since Oct'17, 2003. I had never applied for any other immigration.

Mine is a labor substitution case
 
No, I did not apply immigration for any other country. Hence, no FP for any other country.

How else do you explain so many of I-140 cases have not even been touched and showing in Received status when the processing dates have moved forward?

You should not rely on Online status ...my friend's case was filed in Oct 2003
and he got approval in Apr 2004 but still his LUD is the filing date and no change in msg what so ever...
