Hi, Guys:

I'm a concurrent Nov 2003 filer at NSC and still got both I140 and I485 pending. I have asked help from both the Senator office and my attorney and was told my case was under security checking. It's a long wait... I started to ask my attorney to inquiry my I140 only servral months ago, my attorney told me they contact people in NSC but had to wait for their response.

Friday I got code 3 biometrics processing notice and I went to ASC Saturday and did it. I'm wondering can anybody tell is this a good sign or just the procedure changed again? I never benefited from any new process but suffered from them.

Sure. I will. Why do you think it's a good sign? Do you know any of this experience?
I don't think this means anything other than a normal finger print. I did finger print so many times and it only changes the LUD, nothing more. I also got another finger print notice recently but I know for a fact that my case is still under name check.

I'm with user Wildthing. I'm too Sep 2003 concurrent filer and so far I did 2 times for all 10 fingers and one time for Index finger, Photo and signature. I have no clue how far it is good or bad. But for sure I know is, when ever we get this we have to take time out from work. Loss of pay.

Sorry man.

You guys are probably right. The LUD of my case changed but the online messge didn't. I was just hoping for the best but be prepared to take the worst.

I talked to the secretary of my attorney, she said it's a good news. At least my case is not lost and some people is still looking at it...

My I-485 was filed in Oct 2003, and I already had 2 finger prints(code 1 in 2003 and code 2 in 2005) but today I received code 1 FP notice again. Why I received Code 1 FP again? Is it same as Code 3 ?

I got Code 1 as well. i think it is used for finger print check while Code 2 for biometrics and Code 3 is for both. I had done Code 1and 2 each before.

I agree with wildthing. I got code 3 appointment and did 10 fingers print and also photograph, digital signature and index finger print.

The LUD for my I485 changed again today, but still no message change.
