2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

I 140 approved

Hi friends

I got my I140 approved on June 18th some one please update the tracker
I did not get my finger prints notice yet. This site is very helpful I'm really thank ful to every one here. Best of luck to every one.

where is the latest spreadsheet

i would like to update the spreadsheet with my 140 approval on jun 18. where si the spreadsheet to input this info how do i then save it? thx, douglas
 
I140 Approved

Just got an email from BCIS that my I140 was approved. In my case there were two I140 Applications submitted. One from my "previous" company and one by the "current" company who bought the "previous" company. The status for the I140 applied by the "current" company is still showing as pending. I am confused as to which one should I be looking at? Thanks.

Your case is very interesting...!! PLease let us all know when you find out more about this situation..
 
Kris is your case EB2 or EB3??

Also can some one please bring the tracker uptodate there have been a lot of Oct and Nov approvals but its hard to track them and the spreadsheet is the best way.

See this latest stats for september 18th.
There were 6469 cases filed on that day and in that 160 cases were of I140.

25% of this is never even touched...

As FYI - I have a valid H1B till Feb 2006. My petition for green card I485 etc was filed by EMPLOYER A. After My I140 was approved & 180 days limit was complete I changed my my employer, I joined EMPLOYER B. I also have approved Employment Authroisation Document (EAD) & Advanced Parole (AP), My wife has approved EAD, but still have not recived the approved AP . So at present I am working with EMPLOYER B on EAD and I am No Longer working with EMPLOYER A. who filed my petition for Green Card. I have .This is my current status.

the question is -

If I have to visit India, and while returning back to USA, If I will be using Advance Parole to re-enter USA. So going through my AP document I found that my AP has Name of my previous employer "EMPLOYER A" PRINTED on it near my Home address.

In this case the immigration officer at POE will ask me if I work in "EMPLOYER A" any more. and my reply would be - NO. then will I be deported and not allowed to re-enter USA. subsequently cancel my process. Is there any new provision pending which will restrict me from re-entering USA in near future.

Please reply I will highly apperciate this.

AP and EAD is attached to 485, which is entirely your's. So having ex-employer's name on it makes no difference. If you are asked about your employer at POE - tell them whatever is true - no need to worry - they cannot deport you.

By the way, have you informed USCIS using AC-21? If you have done it - then don't worry, you are safe.
 
LUD Changed to 6/24/04

I am seeing the following when I try look at my case using the online case status tool. My LUD shows 6/24/04 but I don't see the status. Anybody know what this means? Does this mean that they have touched my case? Why is the status not showing? Any pointers appreciated.

this happened to me before,,its just temporary..they either refreshing the database or something..it will be back ..dont worry

Hi guys,

My I140 has been approved and I have updated the tracker. My IP was blocked earlier and I was unable to see the status until I checked from another IP. Here are my details.

Company is a large multi-national

ND : I-140/I-485 is 11/17/2003 - EB3
EAD ND – 05/13/2004
AP Not filed
I-140 – 06/24/2004 Approved

FP : Soon
I485 : Soon

This forum is a great forum and I intend to stick to this forum until I485 gets approved. I hope y'alls cases get approved speedily.

Dear all:

Finally, my I140 is approved. Here is the detail:

ND: 11/19/04
AD: 06/20/04

EB2, concurrent

Douglas - we have the same notice date. Hope we will recieve the FP at the same time. I am from NJ, working for one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the Marketing area. Cheers!

When I saw the approval email today - I was ecstatic.

Good luck to all of you. This is a great forum. It has been very helpful. I will be around for I-485. I am thinking to go the AC21 route too.
