Finally some activity on my case...

I rcved email that RFE is raised on 485. I would post once I physically get it.
I think it should be because of medical as i didn't submitt medicals with 485 application.
 
Current processing date for 485 is now OCT-2003.
So you should be able to call USCIS and they will raise an internal inquiry in your case.

Strange!!! Really Strange!!! That's all I can say about USCIS or
whatever their current name is...

Some guys who have filed for I485 in Feb - March 2004, have already got approval...and people from 2003 are still waiting...seems to be as random as coin flipping to me...
 
LUD Changed

I received second FP notice 3-4 days back, LUD changed yesterday but message is still same.
Something is happening although at random.

Question

Guys,
Both My 140/485 (EB3) are pending more than 6 months and I have a permenent offer with another company. I want to transfer my H1 or use my EAD to work with them. If I Start working with a new company and can I still continue my GC with old employer?

Guru's please advice me what should I do and how should I handle this issue. Is there any disadvantage doing this?

Pending 485

I am waiting on the approval of my 485. Applied in Sept 03 and FP done in Sep 04. My I140 is approved. I am having problems with my current employer and I would like to change jobs. But I don't know if I should just wait for the 485 to get approved. Do you think I might get approval soon? I am new to this site.

Uscis Sucks

it sucks that they approved my and my wife 3 EAD in 20 days but no answer for 485.

LUD changed because of .ead on 2/11, 2/14, 2/15.
Made 3 inquiry have not heard anything, was told on the fourth inquiry they whould transfer me to an officer but have to wait 60 days from last enquiry which is not until April. This is bull....
No criminal background
have been legal and tax paying individual.
Father worked for American gov. for 14 years and this is what I get. Fucotol......

I was in the same boat. My name check got cleared recently on feb 9th 2005. Was pending form July 31 2003. I hope yours will get get cleared as soon as possible. Send a letter to David Hardy's office stating your concern.
