was pending for 11 months. After that I went to the Congress Woman and asked her for HELP! On July 2006 i was cleared.
The request was received on November2006
The lud 04/12/06
On this date they told me to wait for 60 days for another update.
On 02/02/07 I received a letter saying "your fingerprint has expired"
and "You need to re do it to complete your file" Now it's been 40 days and I am still waiting.
I went to the Congress woman again and asked for help. so she called the USCIS and they told her that my case will be moved to an officer for "the final review"
Does anybody know what "the final review" means?
And can anyone give me any ADVISE
