Please post if you have received AP approval notice

My AP has been approved on 08/22 but till date has not received the card. My lawyer tried calling INS but got the canned answer.

Please post if any of you have received the AP approval notice. I would like to know if my notice was lost in mail (highly unlikely) and in that case I need to apply again

I have a couple of questions for justforgc and Raji140:
1. Did you folks talk to IIO to get EAD/FP results expedited?
2. Did your automated voice message status change after
FP results?

I am worried a little bit because my I-485 status still says that the finger print notice was sent on Aug 1st. and so on...

No I didn't talk with IIO to get my EAD process expedited. and my AVM status still hasn't changed after FP results. the INS Website shows new status (the processing resumed one..)

how to check the FP notice

Hi,

my case was filed on 9/17/02. Can someone tell me how to know if INS has sent me a FP Notice? Do you have to wait till it comes or the AVM against I-485 Receipt # mentions about it.
