I don't see a wac number on the notice of action letter. I have a FPS number on it.

Any advice and info regarding FP is very welcome.

WAC# is specified on your I-485 receipt. It is sent to your attorney (if you have one or else to you directly). Ask your attorney to send you a copy of your receipts.

Hi Any July 2002 filer not received their FP notice!!!!!!

I have not received ND 07/22/02....:mad:

EAD, AP, 485 filed for self and spouse in CSC. receipt notice awaited. filed using receipt notice for I-140, for which approval is also awaited.

My status is updated

I gave my FP on 08/27/02 and my status with INS is showing as Fingerprint Processing Complete-Non-Ident. FP results are received at ins on 08/30 and processing has been resumed.

does anyone know what's gonna happen next and the time frame for next processing.

Message never changed, still 999 days.

485 Receipt?

How long does it take to get a receipt from the INS? Filed my 485, EAD and AP sometime last week, was wondering approximately by what date INS would get back to me on it.

Any experiences to share?
