2002 Filers not received FP -- Poll Yes

Hi Folks,

I was trying to find out how many people have NOT received FP yet with NOtice Date in 2002.

People from Jan 2002 till End of Sep 2002.

Group I : Jan - Mar 2002.
Group II : Apr - Jun 2002.
Group III: Jul - Sep 2002.

Kindly poll only if you have NOT received FP notice.

Looking at PCee and Rupnet list I felt there are quite a few without FP till now but by response I see very few. Is it because there are very few left ?????
