Good question.

Have u ever had experience standing in queue with blind folder on your eyes!

think.... in this way.... some months they got lot of pettitions and some months are slow........very slow.......


it seems that 2001 backlotg is almost going to end.... and I have feeling that before elections they would have been started 2003... just my personal guess..... u don't need to agree with it.....


Hey btw I am in early 2003 batch..... I have to still wait 2002 ppl.....

just try to help and encourage ppl that their turn is comming....
