2001 Rfi

Has anyone in this forum with 2001 ND received RFI or approval?
I know about wantmygcnow with ND May 2001, but any other case?

Well when I submitted my I-485...I didnt have a birth certificate and in one form my birth date was wrong..I had submitted affadavits and in the RFI they did ask for proof my birthdate..so I got a birth certificate made by the embassy based on my expired passport.

My application had lots of inconsistency so i feel I got the RFI because of that...I dont think I will be approved this fiscal year.
 
But according to the document they only sent RFIs to people that they think are eligible for adjustment this year... If they think you were not, why would they even bother looking at your application? I'm sure you are not the only adjusting asylee with some clarifications to be made in your I-485.... Don't you agree?

Definetely. I know some people in this forum with ND 2001 and who got RFI. I have two friends who with ND January 2001, and got RFI. CIS did not establish cut off date for RFI. Look at the following for more info:

FP - May 2004
Thats all Guys---what you guys think when we might get GC? End of This year? :) Should they call us for FP and RFI again? I know friend of mine got his after they ASK him for RFI and after few week later he got his GC by mail without Interview :D His ND was 99.
