Hi,

Please post if your PD is in 2001 and your I-485 RD is in 2003 or 2004 and still are waiting for approval. This will help us to know how many like us are still out there (old timers...).

On june12 th I talked to Immigration officer at NSC and found that my name check is pending.But when I went to infopass I was told same thing except my case pre-adjudicated.
 
Long wait, not sure when it will end

I have been waiting for my i-485 approval since it was filed in Dec'03.Many people filed after me got their cards long back.Mine was stuck in name check.I also received a letter from USCIS about 6 months ago that my case was pending due to lack of Visa numbers.Does it mean my name check got cleared?

called NSC last week. "case assigned to officer and wait for 180 days to process your case. so call after 180 days if you didn't hear and dont cll before 180 days."

NSC is a hell center. Texas gave tons of approval since last 2 weeks and NSC processing too much slow. something needs to be done for NSC otherwise shit will go for long time.

we went to Infopass Appointment for name check pending.
Its not cleared. How can we solve this problem?
