My lawyer call up INS last week she was told that i would take 3-6 months

to adjourn this case.
in my case i\'ve used my previous approved i-140 from my previous employer and filed with the current i-140(Current employer) and filed my case for i485. this i did to make use of my previous PD june 1997.
do any of u guys have similar case?????
just wondering this could be the reason for the delay in my case.
