Called IIO - case hasn't been assigned yet.IIO said it may take 3-4 months before it touches/looks or whatever they do

The AVM still says " 975-999 days".
 
RFE for WAC-01-266

CSC issued RFE on 07/16 requesting more medicals - TB was missing.
Result back to lawyer 8/2.

Other info,
RD & ND, August/'01,
FP 2/26. Assigned 6/4.

Since RFE was actually one chance to
get the approval, I think my case is on normal track considering the date of 7/16. Hope approval will come in
1-4 weeks after INS receives RFE.
Will update.
