2001 485 filers - VSC

Calling all 2001 and old 485 veterans - VSC:

Any wild guesses on when Jan/Feb 01 485s will get approved? What about FP?

Seems like AP is taking 2 weeks and EAD 2 months on avg.

My details - ND - 2/12, AP - 2/25, no EAD yet.

Seems like after lots of cases in the 9/99 - 1/00, the line will move faster. Any estimates on the speed?

My RD is NOV 00 and ND is DEC 00. I think it should take atleast an year to 16 months to come to NOV/DEC 00 cases, they were sending out FP notices for cases upto NOV 00, but I haven\'t got FP yet.
Man, we have got a long way to go.

Most of the cases filed from Mar 00 to Now are getting FP notices. I think once Sep 99/Oct 99 is done, it should really move
faster as FP is done already and their is not much cases.
RD Sep 00 ND Oct 00 EAD Dec 15th FP Done Jan 01.

For VSC : 8 to 10 months for FP and 6 to 8 months after FP for I 485 approval.

A total of 14 to 18 months processing time after filing I 485 at VSC.

Ofcourse, this assumes no hastle or problem and the PD are currents

got receipt notice two week ago from lawyer, but when
I call the VSC yesterday to check my case, it says case # cannot be found. what\'s the problem?

have you guy called VSC?

I used to be in the same situation until called the IIO
to put my info on the AVM.

You may call IIO to sak them to put your case info on the AVM
if you want your case info to be in the AVM sooner.
