Can my new employer reapply for another H1B visa from another employer (since my title will be different) under the 20,000 quota? I'm a US Masters degree H1B holder and got my visa a few months under the 20,000 quota and currently working in the US...I appreciate your answer.

[Someone told me i can't use the 20,000 quota twice]

Thanks!

Same problem, someone please help.

I will also like to know the answer of this question (you cannot apply twice for the 20K quota) as my new employer is going to apply for my new H1B.

Though my previous H1B has been approved but I cannot transfer it as I had worked for my previous employer for 2 months (for transfer I guess it should be minimum 3 months).

Someone please answer to the above question.

Thanks in advance.

Hey
im not very sure but i think if u have applied for H1B visa once, and if u apply for a new H1B in the same quota , u dont need to care about the quota ( because u already claimed your quota) and yes u can do that .. but please consult a lawyer . im not very sure about this ..
