2 yrs bachleor + 2 Yrs Masters + 5 yrs exp EB2 ?

I do have Masters in Computer Science (2yrs) from pakistani well renowed university. Before this master I do have a bachlor in science. SO in my case i do have 2 (master)+ 2 (bachlor) yrs. I want to apply for EB2. Can I do that. Am I US bachlor ?:rolleyes:
 
The regs state you must have a US Master's equivalent in order to file under EB2. Please see the many, many other posts in this forum addressing this issue. You do NOT qualify for EB2. You have to have either a US Master's equivalent (6 years of post-high school education in the form of a 4-year Bachelor's and 2 year Master's or 3 year Bachelor's and 3 year Master's degree.) OR, you must have a 4-year Bachelor's plus 5 years of progressive experience. You CAN NOT have a combination of degrees to equal the minimum Bachelor's degree according to the regs. So, no, you do not qualify for EB2 based on any of the provisions.
