Hi all
I am a citizen of India.I did my bachelors in India and masters (on F1 visa) in US. After completing my masters in 2005, I moved to UK in may 2005. and I got my H1 approval this year and I am planning to go for H1 stamping (to London Consulate)in November 2007. I did couple of courses in UK during these 2 years after my masters graduation. But I don't have any work experience anywhere. As I don't have any work experience, would there be any problem when I go for H1 stamping?

Thanks

It is not mandatory to be paid on H-1B approval while abroad. However, sometimes it helps, if you were continuously employed. As long as you state a reason for not working, you should be okay.
