2 years Completed with RD No news after 1st FP

RD : 02 Apr 02
ND : 15 Apr 02
1st Fp : 07 June 02


I have no news after my 1st FP, Its 2 years now no movement. Its frustrating, God Knows what going to happen

I have seen some Apr Cases getting Approved, others for 2nd FP
In mu case why is INS doing this to me.
Anyone in similair boat
Any one from NJ who have Apr RD and received 2nd FP or Approval

Applied for 3rd EAD almost 2 month back

applied for EAD renewal : 12/22/03 - no news on that either!!

frustrating.. will our cases ever see some light in the tunnel???

This is kind of disappointing to see your case too old...

RD : Jul 2002.
ND : Jul 2002.
FP : Sep 2002.

Nothing after just applied for 3rd EAD...

No 2nd FP

But my friend whose RD is April 02, got his 2nd FP scheduled some time on May. He has done his 1st FP at Newark.

I heard Newark ASC is over booked and it is always slow in scheduling 2nd FP compared to other states.

Has any of you guys changed the Address??? after filing 485??
 
Nother April Case

My RD is 04/03/2002 and ND is 04/16/2002. Got RFE and INS received my response on 02/09/2004.
No news so far.
God only knows what's happening there.

I am also NJ filer, I used to post a lot before. Now I am kind of tired of all this GC stuff and stopped looking at these.

Any ways, I hope I'll see the end of tunnel at some point in my life :)

Exactly 26 months yesterday from RD

RD : 02/01/2002
ND : 02/15/2002
FP1: 05/22/2002
Till today 3 EADs. 2APs.
FP2: 12/12/2003

No more news, no rfe. Its really frustrating.

Today is 2nd anniversary done for My Rd 02 April 2002.

Heard Nothing from Newark

I have seen your post before where you said Mar 02 in NJ were getting 2nd FP.
I Remember one guys who was not from NJ but did is 1stFP at Newark abut address in different State, so may be he got 2nd FP Call.
I really don't know anyone who is in NJ and did 1st FP in newark and got 2nd FP

I also not sure any Feb 02 or Mar 02 guys from NJ ever got approved

There is no need for panic. #1, you will not be allowed to initiate a formal inquiry yourself if the case is not 30/60/90 days overdue from the processing times posted. #2, if you look at the tracker reports, the majority of the sampled April cases are in the same boat as you in the VSC. April RD, ND, 1st FP and that's it. (Including myself). Although the process is certainly long and ardous, there are many people such as yourself in the same situation.

Initiating a congressional inquiry... the merits of that have not been proven. I called my congressmen and was told to wait another 6 months.

I think you should get FP2 very soon..

I am NJ filer too(ND : 4/18/02 EB3 ) and got FP2 after almost 2 years of filing... on 4/2/04..

I got my 2nd FP notice on 04/02/04
I am scheduled for 05/15

We need to get trend on what time frame for approval after 2nd FP.

Contacted Senator Jon Corzine during oct 2003. Asked me to wait for 60 days. Contacted him again. Asked me to wait for another 60 days. Received reply in March 2004 indicating my second FP needs to be scheduled and wait for 30-45 days.
Contacted Congressman Rush Holt in March 2004. Recd letter indicating second FP needs to be scheduled and wait for 30 days.
Faxed VSC to expedite processing. Received letter from VSC indicating FP needs to be scheduled which will take several months.
Hoping to receive second FP soon.
