I am a citizen of a country which is eligible but I am married to a guy whose country is ineligible. How do I apply?

I have my own business so I was just wondering if there is a category for business owners, I am a Post Graduate but have never worked for someone else. Can people with business apply?

You can apply if you have your own business as long as you have a HS diploma. Your husband can't enter but you have to submit him on your application as is stated, that way he can go with you if you win and become eligible if everything else works out and he isn't a criminal....

Actually, you and your husband can submit a separate entry so you can have double chance of winning the lottery (provided your husband meets the education or work experience requirements).

Your husband can claim your nationality as per the DV2011 instructions. Read the Instructions for the DV2011 (http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/DV-2011instructions.pdf) under "REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY". Your second question is answered there as well, you need at least a high school education so you are alright.
