2 nd FP notice

My 485 was filed in Aug 2003 and my PD becomes current in Jan 07.
I have been stuck in the name check. I got a notice for FP for Jan 07.
My first FP was done in Nov 2004, its been 25 months since then.

Is this a good sign for the case to be processed???

Hi ,

I am in the same boat. My I 485 was filed in dec 2004, my PD is also current and I went for FP in april 2005. Now I got a second FP notice after 20 months. Hope for the best. Keep updating if any further progress.
