2 more Sept'02 RDs approved in RupNet

Are you expecting 2nd FP or GC Approval? We can not assume Approvals w/o having 2nd FP......Have you heard any approvals with out having 2nd FP...

Lots of people get approved without 2nd FP- even if 1st FP expired.
Lots of people have 1st FP expired but no 2nd FP yet. My FP1 recd- 11/29/02- so almost 16 months.
 
It seems VSC is processing late Sept. RD cases who has ND of first week of Oct. It seems people who filled there 485 in first 2 weeks are in backlog & will receive 2nd FP notice. :mad: :mad: :mad:

One more Sept RD- 9/27 approved on Rupnet today.
gateway- I am Oct'1 ND- I have not got approved - no RFE/FP2.
We will get there.
 
I agree with Gateway

Even though its just a theory but trying to find a method to CIS madness is one way of keeping ourselves occupied during this long wait..
I too am in the first two weeks of sept, havent' recd second FP notice yet.

Its not a insider news but the trend of recent approval. If you want to call it "theory" then its ok, but I am looking here for some pattern.

I know Sb_Tiger is from first week of Oct he should be hearing something soon.

I am around first week oct 02 as well, and I just did FP1 back in end Nov 03 last year. I think somehow, there is a major push on getting FP for Oct 02 filers who are never being noticed with FP, and if one is lucky, they will get approved right away after FP. I am the unlucky one, I guess. Haven't heard anything so far.

I am first week of OCT 02 as well. If your theory holds ground I will hear something soon.
