2 Labor certifications from same region?

Can 1 candidate have 2 applications for Labor Certification from the same region ?
For example , if 2 companies apply for same candidate's LC from South Dakota / Denver - is that allowed ?

To my little knowledge of this procedure I researched the following should be ok.

2 LC from different employers in the same region.
2 LC from same employer in different region.

Hi Titan01 - thanks for the quick response. are you 100% sure about 2 LC's from the same reqion ?

Someone told me that I cannot have 2 LC's in the same region - so I wanted to make sure.
