2 Infopass appt/just one - FP for husband and wife?

we plan to go together , same date and time .
Planning to take a Infopass appt for my missed FP (Fiasco do the address change and missed the date).

1. Should we take 2 appointments ?

2. OR provide the details of one persons EAC and A# and mention that 2 persons would be for the appointment?

when we did it, we did option #2 below, and provided primary details and 2 ppl

I am also thinking to go to local office for FP.

What documents are require for FP? I am going to ask to take our FP as first FP is already expired, if they cooperate.

1) FP notice new(if you got one) or old(if didn't have new notice)
2) Driver License or Passport
3) Copy of I-485 notice incase they ask...
