2 H1s at same time

Hi,
I joined a company after getting the receipt for the H1 Visa last month.
Now, I got another oppurtunity which is far better and I want
to take it. If I start another H1 Visa processing using the second
company, what will happen to the first one?
My first H1 Visa did not come till now.

Will there be any legal problems in any circumtances because of this?

How will the INS take action, when they see two H1 Visa request
for the same person at the same time?

Options

1. you can withdraw the first h1 app if you have not join the company 1. Then file for new h1

2. File the second h1 transfer as Premium processing case and join company 2

It is legal to have two h1s pending or approved. But if you have joined one and want to join another after some time, the second h1 transfer need to be done again (i.e transfer from company 1 to company 2)

I already joined the company 1. So I think this option is not valid for me.

Since I do not have the company 1 visa, how can I do the transfer from company 1 to company 2.? Is this means that I have
to wait till the company 1 Visa transfer to be approved.

U can apply for transfer with previous transfer's receipt information. The lawyer who will do the transfer should be able to guide you how much will it cost and how to do it.
