I work Company A. Company B offered me a position and applied H1-B transfer. The offer was withdrawn two weeks later due to the massive job cut. Company B sent letter to immigration office to withdraw the transfer application. However, the new H1-B was issued first and the case was reopened late and is in pending status currently, apparently because of the withdrawal letter. I have been continuously employed and paid by Company A. My question is whether or not I am out of status. Do I need to mention anything about this H1-B transfer filed by company B in the future immigration matters.
