2 H1B transfers

I am on H1B right now from company A.

Company B filed a petition for transfer. After this filing I got another better offer from company C. They are also ready to sponsor my H1B. What are my options?

I have an agreement with company B to all filing fee, including the fee for lawyer. I would like to know how much USCIS will refund if company B requests to withdraw the transfer petition filed.

USCIS will not refund any fees upon withdrawal of any petition.
