2 H1b petitions, one visa stamp

It's probably been asked before but here goes.

I have 2 approved H1b petitions or CP and visa is stamped with company A name as their approval came first.

If I later decide I want to transfer to company B, do they need to file a new petition or can they re-use the applied petition?

How long should I work for company A before filing for transfer.

If you are out side, and have 2 h1b approval A & B. Visa stamped with A and come to US . Now you want to go to B with visa paper you already have!

You can not go to B, unless B will aplly fresh H1 with COS refring your comp A visa.
