Hi all,
I have two H1B approved petitions in hand from two employers. I have stamped from the first one (but not joined them yet, nor travelled on it to US). Now i may want to join the second one depending on if they offer me better package than the first one. In that case, i have the following questions:
1.) Can i go and get a new H1B visa stamping on the second employer's approved petition. If yes, what should i be saying to the consulate people if they ask me why i stamped from the previous employer.
2.) Will there be a problem for me, if i opt to work for the second employer , if i have a stamping from the first employer(before starting/travelling to US)?.
3.) What is the correct and legal way of resolving it, say if i need to travel to US on the second employer's H1B?.
Please explain to me in clear words. I would be really very much grateful to anybody who can help me out on this. I am totally new to this, and am totally clueless on how to handle it.
Thanks in advance to all for their help.
