2 FP's in under 2 months

My wife had her 1st FP in Nov 2004, then she had Biometrics (Code 1) on Jan 11th 2006. The strange thing is, she got another notice, asking her to take a BioMetrics (Code 2) on March 9th.... Along with that my son (Going to be 4 in March) has also been asked to take Biometrics (Code 2) on the same date.

Whats going on with the FP for my wife ?.... :confused:

My Stats : EB2 - India
Labor Received Date : Oct 31st 2000, Labor Cleared : Feb 2001.
I-140 filed : Aug 16 2001, I-140 Cleared : Feb 2002.
1st Medical for my family: June 2002
I-485 filed : Sept 24 2002.
1st FP for myself: Dec 19 2003
1st FP for my wife : Nov 3 2004
1st RFE : Sept 23 2005
2nd Medical for my family: Oct 7 2005
2nd FP (CODE 3) for myself: Nov 19 2005
2nd FP (CODE 1) for my wife : Jan 11 2006
3rd FP (CODE 2) for my wife : March 9th 2006 :eek:
1st FP (CODE 2) for my son (going to be 4 in march) : March 9th 2006

Hi!
Bio code 3 includes (code 1 and 2) so therefore since you did code 3 on 11/2005, they didn't ask you for another bio. But since your wife only did code 1 first, she needs to do code 2 as well. I believe code 2 includes a picture and index finger print and code 1 includes 10 finger prints only(or vice versa). And code 3 includes everything in code 1 and code 2.

For your bio to be complete, you need everything (code 1 and 2). The first set of FP's you did in 2003 and 2004 has expired since FP (or biometrics) is valid for only 15 months.

Guys correct me if I'm wrong!
