My son's EAD was filed alongwith me around 23rd July and I got approval for EAD but he didn't. We received an RFE for him and my lawyer replied it. Since then the message is that we received your response on August 16 and we will make our decision within 60 days....
We did not receive any decision, then my lawyer filed again EAD for him in October.
I called up Texas Immigration and asked for his previous EAD and they said that they need to talk to him what to do and my son was at home so we could not finish talk. Though the lady asked me that for your I 485, already medical is done.
So now he has two EAD's filed, how TSC handles it, do they forget the old EAD and process the new one.
When I enquire about previous EAD related to July, the LUD changed for the new EAD for two consecutive days.
Since then nothing happened.
Please suggest. Can I call again, if yes, then should I enquire on old EAD or new EAD
