2 approvals spotted on Dec 1st (01-255)

good to see two cases from src-01-255 got approved on Dec 1st. they were Fp'ed on Mar 20' 2003.

GC pending since aug 2001.
 
It's great seeing these Aug, 2001 approvals. I wish they would just go back 11 days to the 01-244 range where I am!!

I hope they didn't skip over us!

SRC-01-246-XXXX hope they get to this soon ,status never changed even after FP.It still says 900 to 999 blah blah.

src 01 231... they seem to have forgotten us completely!!!

I really don't understand what is wrong with TSC -

first they were not doing 2001 cases;
now they have started approving 2001 cases from August/Sept onwards and once again they have forgotten somebody - which is the may-june-july-aug 2001 folks!!!

i guess TSC is used to - infact has to keep - somebody in waiting!!!

My FP was taken in August 2002. If we are to go by the 15 month limit my FP just expired last month. I wrote to INS about this, but no result so far.

I hope they approve my case without asking to redo FP.

ND 8/10/01.

I am glad we see many August 01 approvals lately, though they are from later of August.

I believe there is a stack of 08/01 files and they are working from the top which was the end of August.

Hope they get to ours soon!
 
I am glad to see the 01 approvals ( especially from august ) but from the posts here it seems even the numbering is random . Mine is late August ND with SRC01256-5XXXX, but it seems the Aug 01 numbers can range anywhere from 243 to 257... independent of dates. Go figure TSC ...
 
My ND is Aug 29, 2001. It looks like they opened my file. They sent an RFE for my son for TB test results. At the time of applying for AOS, Doctor told us this test is not required for kids. I checked the USCIS web page now and it says this test is required for all who are 2 years and older.

I did post the sample letter. They haven't called me for FP again. My FP were done in 6/02. Letter didn't help. Still waiting.

another aug2001 filer

Mine is Aug 24th. src - 01 - 252 - xxxxx.

Really frustrating to see randomness but at least now we know the're looking at 485 cases.......
 
We all should be happy as long as they are working on old cases (2000, 2001). I guess TCS might have LIFO (Last In First Out) concept for everything.
