I have some doubts about re-applying for a TN visa, my visa will expire on Oct 28, 2010 and my question is about applying by mail versus doing it a US POE.
1) If applying by mail, filling form I-129, Do I need to send copies of all docs including I-94??
2) Documents are in spanish, do I need to send translations?? Does anybody know where can I get something like that?? Does any translation need to be a "legally validated" translation or can I do it my self?
3) What are the advantages of doing it by mail vs in person??
4) I've heard they have change the rules for Mexicans so extensions will be now issued for a 1 year period instead of 3 years as they use to do it last year, but my employer wants me to apply for a 3 years extension, What should the letter say??
5) Is the $100 (per visa per year) reciprocity fee still there?? I'm confused since the US Gov's sites are not showing any value now.
Any help will be appreciated.
