1800 number??

You can't talk to an IIO through this number. Instead you will get a person who know nothing about your case or who have COMPLETELY NO access to the database. They just know how to read online message and will recite it.

Good that BCIS made this a toll free number!!!

Thanks for the number !!
Spoke to IIO today regarding my wifes 1-485 ( Mine approved May'2002)
and IIO was telling me its taking 33 months to process 485 !!
So the wait continues !!
 
I also talked to the NCSC today. Told her I want an inquiry sent to TSC for my 485, said she couldn't because they are processing 12/2000 cases. Asked her why 2002 filers were being approved. Said that it shouldn't happen, cases are taking 33 months. I told her that is ridiculous, 2001 cases are being overlooked, and I know for fact about two 2002 cases that were approved this week. She said they were understaffed. I asked what that had to do with it and if there was someone I could speak to above her. She said no; I said who's your supervisor, and she .... HUNG UP ON ME!!!!
