180 days rule under AC21 from which date RD or ND....

Hi guys,

My RD is april 9, 2001 and ND is june 19, 2001. Now under AC21-180-day job change, what date should be considered. Different attorney speak differently and I am not sure what is the correct information. Please respond.... Thanks in advance

There is Confusion about RD/ND

My RD is 07/12 and ND is 8/28 as per the 485 receipt. When I checked the AVM it says, \'Your Application received on 8/28". One of my friend told that on his RFE his ND was shown as RD and adviced me to change 180 days after ND to be safe.
Anyone knows a case approved 180 days after RD and before ND?

I read transcript from Atty. Murthy\'s chat, and she says it\'s from RD.
