Hi all,

1. Does anybody have any links or guidance on whether one must (or should) inform INS if changing jobs while using AC21? If one should do it, is there any specific format to use?

2. What would you recommend to try to get from your original H1B/I-140/I-485 sponsor before leaving? What would be the bare minimum (something I have right to get)? What would be helpful to have as an extra (especially for the AC21)?

Thank you in advance

FP Notice came to old address INS office- Please help

I received FP notice from INS today. Here I have a question . I used to live in Hartford , CT.
I moved to Atlanta, GA in October first week. I sent change of address to INS in October. Now I received FP notice appointment with Hartford, CT INS office. But I am living in Atlanta, GA.

I don\'t have any problem in going to Hartford, CT .
Can I go Hartford ,CT ? or Do I need to change appointment to Atlanta. If so, how to change?

Please advice. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
vinmad

1. You should inform INS of your change of intent. New sponsor should send job description similar enough to one of original sponsor.

2. Paystubs for at least 180 days will be nice.
