Guys, lets talk to our lawyers and post info on how the process will work..what kind of paperwork is required to file such case of changing job after 180 days .
In my case, I have a offer in hand in similar capacity as I am working right now with a similar company. Now, how can I be in a situation that I make this shift. What paperwork, my lawyer needs to file with INS. What paperwork I need to file to make sure that my current employer does not cancel my I-140 when I make a move to the new employer.
ANy thoughts will be appreciated. I am ready to go in 1-2 months...
