I see a possibility that I will loose job after a month or so. It has been more than 11 months after filing I-485 (at TSC ).
I have interviewed with a company in CA and they said that they have change in plan and they want me to start working in March 2003.
What happens if INS raises RFE for employment verificaiton between now and March 2003? Is it okay to respond RFE with the employment offer stating future start date?? Can there be any problem?
