180 days ...Business days or total days ???

Folks,

There was a post in another forum about the meaning of 180 days. Are these business ( working ) days or total days since the 485 application ????

180 business or "working" days are approx. equal to 30 weeks instead of 24 weeks or 6 months ( taking into account only the working days) .

180 Calendar days ARE 180 total days ( including working days,week-ends and public holidays).

I edited my own post as I hadn;t phrased it properly.

You shud be asking "calender days or business days".

For AC21, or for most USCIS matters, it is the calender days. By usual business norm, anything that is "business days" will be explicitly stated. "Calender days" is always implicit.

So you mean that it is 180 days INCLUDING week - ends and holidays and not 180 "working" days. I guess I got confused myself ..sorry for the same. I will rephrase my question ...

Yes indeed. I think pv1976 did make it clear. Think it like this - how is 6 year on H visa counted?
