180 Days After RFE

Hi,

I got an RFE for Employment Letter on Nov 6. Sent a reply on 18th. Now
the message says some thing like "Received reply for RFE on Nov 22nd. usually it takes 365-540 days. Since some processing is already done now
it will take 180 days" Does it take 180 days after replying for RFE.
I thought it will take couple of weeks and the message 8 months. Getting
very very concerned

I have got the same RFE. The letter my attorney sent reached INS on the 17th Nov. The AVM gives me the same message. I guess this is a
standard message being played by the AVM.

In my case the PD is not current.

you wont beleive but i got rfe in sep 2000 for i140, replied to rfe end of sep nd for i140 oct 2 2000 and today the msg changed to
"Received reply for RFE on Nov 22nd. usually it takes 365-540 days. Since some processing is already done now
it will take 180 days"
my i140 has not approved yet my eac is eac-01-001-xxxxx for i140.

I dont know what this means after waiting for so long.
