The question below is a hypothetical question

I am currently a database administrator with Sun solaris admin

what if i have to change my job and

i am offered a job as a database administrator with HP unix admin

does this matter ?

with respect to ac21(180 day rule) does INS go into details
 
This should still be similar job specification. DBA on UNIX. Simple.

You will be DBA on Unix Operating systems. Unix may be HP/solaris/AIX/Linux, they all are similar not same. AC21 says same or similar job specifications, so you should be fine even if INS go in detail.

You may consult an attorney as well.

i checked my labor certification and the officer has noted
database administrator

so i guess all flavors of unix are okay
