Since the 180 day rule is going to force those on TN to file for I-140, Can some of you with approved I-140 share your experience on the renewal by either I-129(mail) or POE(in person).
Particularly on the forms(I-129) "Have you file for immigration pertition". I know filing I-140 does not by itself constitute immigration intend but what do those with pending/approved I140 normally check on the I-129.
