who told you? how do you know? lol come on, nobody knows i bet! i\'d bet on RD though. first of all, the 90 days count for interim EAD is based on RD. second of all, INS can\'t generate receipts in a timely manner. it is unfair to use ND since some people got ND very close to RD and some got ND far behind.
