I have lost interest in the Green Card, in America, and everything else. It's so much easier being an illegal alien. It ironically gives you more bargaining power!

If only Bush could spend 1% of his $89 billion terror budget on hiring more BCIS officers.

NO 2nd FP, No RFE !!!

Waiting for my case to be touched :(

Good luck to us ...

Any way to tell BCIS for invoking 2nd FP ??

Gurus pl help !!!

I called the BCIS few days ago, they told me to contact in 1 month (after 20 months is over), so that they can put in a enquiry.

What are the timings BCIS is entertaining ? Is it 20 months or 21 or 22 ?

Me tooo

TICK_TOCK_TICK,

They stopped processing till oct 2003 and again they start in oct 2003. I heard this in some time June 2003.

You are not only the one who is waiting. Don't worry We will get it. Don't think much about it ... forget till Oct 2003. ppl just became lazy & nervous to visit this site. go to the www.rupnet.com/immigration

The numbers are almost same since Jun 2003. No new approvals.

May be 1 guy wornking on GC approval.
Our future is linked tothis.. Let it happen, What ever happens.

2nd FP Notice

Hey Guys,

Today I did receive my 2nd FP notice. It took over 18 months...

1stFP: 02/02/2002

:)

I am in the same situation (but in CSC).
According to my attorney, the BCIS will never send you 2nd FP notice nor RFE until picking up your case.

Instead of just hoping something might happen in October, we can act right now.

Every one should appeal one's case to Congressperson and Senators so that they can think the current EB I-485 backlog seriously.
Then, the Congress should assign a fund to the BCIS, and the BCIS should work for our cases.
Otherwise, nothing would happen even in FY2004.
