140 Rfe

Hello guys,
My lawyer received RFE on my EB3 140 application (Labor Sub) and INS is asking about 2 things.

1) Original Labor Certification
2) Education Evaluation.

'Morningside' company did my Education Evaluation. Does any body familiar with this 'Morningside'. Pl let me know if any other companies you would suggest for evaluation.

And I am not sure why they are asking about Original Labor Certification.

I would appreciate your advise.

hmm.. labor cert not sent.

Did u see the labor cert. that ur. company sent to USCIS ? May be they did'nt since they had sent teh same to USCIS wih an earlier filing that was withdrawn. In that case USCIS does not return the labor cert. The lawyer should have referred to the withdrawn 140 so USCIS can sync. up the 2. Now he will have t do that with the RFE.

Other education evaluators are trustforte. I believe they are quite good as lot many people here refer to them. I myself used WES ( world education services ) and did my edu eval when filed H1 5 years ago. My lawyer used the same eval, but my 140 is still pending so I am not sure. I will try trustforte this time if I get a RFE.
