I got same RFE with same wordings on May 13th 2004 and I replied on June 1st 2004 .I sent my education evaluation certificates and degree certificates . I am having B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.INS received my RFE and updated the message .Again they updated the system on 3rd June , 4 th June and 7 th June 2004.
Did anybody got approval regarding this RFE .
When you got the RFE? Please let me know.
I got my Education Evaluation from Globe Language services.

We don't need to get the evaluation of High School .
In your Degree evaluation they will mention Enrollment in XXXX University is based on graduation from High School.
NVC , when you got the RFE and when you replied back RFE. Did they updated the system .Did you get Approval.Please let me know

Evaluation is necessary to determine the level and major field of education attainment,as described in the supporting documents, in terms of equivalent education in the US.
Consider formal education only, not practical experience.


My Attorney mentioned in LC By mistake in place of "or" mentioned "and"
College Degree Required: M.S
Major Field of Study : Comp.Science and related courses.


Below I have the US Equivalent summary done by World Education Services Inc, NY.
Master's in Mathemetics, Master's in Education, one year of post-secondary study and trainng at computer training Institute.

Is any problem in my Major field of study which is mentioned above
(Compu.Science and related courses) in labour based on my evaluation?
