Hi ,

My I140 RFE received to INS on June 1st 2004 , How many days it will to get Approval. They updated the system.
Please let me know.
 
rfe issued 5/11/04, rfe replied 5/25/04, system updated 5/27/04, then again
'last update date' changed to 6/1/04 may be due to my 2nd ead apporved on 6/1/04.
'Last update date' of I-485 is 5/6/04

I got I-140 RFE on May 13th '04 and replied back on June 1st 2004 they (INS)Updated on 1 st June 2004 and again they (INS)updated on 3rd June'04 .
When I can expect my Approval.
 
i just got an I-140 rfe requesting
1. info confirming my training ,
2. letter from my company relating to my qualifying experience
3.company's ability to pay
4. info abt the person who held my job in the past and what they paid him and why he left.
i am a physician in the second year of my 1st job.

what did u get rfe for and how did u successfully reply to it. can u e-mail me the sample letter u sent with your reply.
need info soon. anyone who has got I140 's approved, please share ur succes stories so i can get through this

Boy they are asking lots of questions, never heard of RFE this big, better get hold of your lawyer.

I have received the same kind of rfe. My salary is not same as what mentioned for the position. Could you please advise me.

Hi Could you please advise.. I got rfe on how much I'm getting and 2003 W2_Form tax returns. My salary is not same as stated on labour. Please advise me.
 
Received an RFE

I have received the rfe on June 22nd. I dont know the details about the RFE. Most probably will come to know tomorrow. Will update you guys.

My RFE is same as GC_140. They (INS) asked for employer's financial ability to pay + My 2002 W2. This is weird that they have started asking for employee's W2s and paystubs. I thought I-140 is for employers.

GC_140, has your I-140 approved ?
