140 RFE-Bankruptcy please..please help me

Hi All,

I got an I-140 rfe and my company responded to it on July 21st, and just
1 week before of my rfe response my compnay filed Bankruptcy.
Will it effects my 140 rfe? and also can i change my employer at this stage?

Any ideas...

There are many companies with bankruptcy which are still running. Since they need have the operations they need employees. If they have ability to pay you there should not be any problem.
